Orla HR is led by Nadine Mcgrath, Director and Lead Consultant (Chartered MCIPD). The name ‘Orla’ represents the initials of Nadine’s children and reflects their families' Irish roots – a daily reminder of her ‘why’ and to be her best self. 

Nadine joined HR in 2006 following a number of operational roles within the Hospitality and Leisure sector.

Her passion for people, recruitment and training triggered a change in direction and her first role with a national radio and TV company including the popular TalkSport!

Fast forward 18 years and Nadine has now worked across multiple private sector industries including
